By purchasing from Angie Rosario, operated by Chasing Happiness LLC, you acknowledge and agree to all store policies, including our No Refund Policy.
All readings and spiritual services are personalized and provided according to the descriptions listed at the time of purchase.
Service Turnaround
Our standard turnaround time is 14 business days.
The 14-business-day timeline begins only after you respond to your order confirmation email with all applicable information required to complete your service.
This confirmation process is required to verify your email address, collect necessary information, and ensure accurate delivery of your personalized service.
Your completion date is calculated based on the date we receive your response containing all required information.

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Eastern Time.
Business Days & Closures
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends, U.S. holidays, school closures when children are home, sick days, family emergencies, and other days when Chasing Happiness LLC is closed.
Days when the business is closed do not count toward the 14-business-day turnaround.
Service Delays & Extensions
Due to the personalized nature of our services, completion dates may occasionally need to be extended.
Extensions may occur due to high order volume, extensive client reading schedules, illness, family responsibilities, school closures, technical difficulties, emergencies, unexpected business closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
The 14-business-day turnaround is our standard service timeline. However, delays may occasionally occur.
If your completion date must be extended, we will communicate the revised completion date as soon as reasonably possible.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to provide every client with personalized attention and quality service.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and regularly checking their email, including spam and promotions folders.
Customers must respond to their order confirmation email with all required information before their service timeline begins.
Failure to respond or provide complete information will delay the start of the 14-business-day timeline.
Live Readings
Customers purchasing live readings are responsible for attending the live broadcast and listening for their names.
Missed live readings are not automatically converted into recorded readings.
An upgrade to a recorded reading may be available for an additional fee.
No Refund Policy
Every service is a sacred energetic exchange. Therefore, all sales are final, and no refunds are accepted, except where required by applicable law.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our No Refund Policy and all other store policies.
