Turnaround: Approximately 14 business days
Business Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM ET
Business Days: Business days for Chasing Happiness LLC exclude weekends, U.S. holidays, and any school-closure days when children are home. All turnaround times are approximate and may be extended due to order volume, illness, emergencies, unexpected life circumstances, or when additional time is needed to cleanse and reset energy after particularly heavy client work. We always prioritize completing your service when we can give it the proper energy, focus, and attention.
Timeline Start: Your turnaround timeline begins once you respond to your order confirmation email.
This confirmation step is required to:
∙ Verify you received our communication
∙ Confirm your email is active and monitored
∙ Collect any information needed for your personalized service
∙ Ensure accurate delivery
We process a high volume of orders each month. This confirmation system helps us provide every client with personalized attention and keep orders organized.
Your Responsibility: Please check your email regularly, including spam and promotions folders, for communications regarding your order. It is your responsibility to monitor your inbox and respond to the order confirmation. Your turnaround timeline does not begin until that response is received.
All questions must be submitted in full before the turnaround time begins. Any changes, additions, or revisions to submitted questions will restart the turnaround time.
