Missed your reading on live? This upgrade is the only way to save and convert a missed live reading into a private reading.
Your original live reading listing already states that missing your reading does not qualify for a refund. If you miss your reading while I am live, the original live service is considered missed. The $2 missed-reading upgrade allows you to preserve that purchase by converting it into a private service instead.
What You’ll Receive
Your missed live reading will be converted into the private equivalent of the service you originally purchased and delivered through a private, unlisted video link.
Please note that live reading prices and private reading prices are different. Because of that, your missed live reading is not automatically converted dollar-for-dollar into the same format privately.
You will receive the private reading equivalent that corresponds to the level of service originally purchased.
For example, if your live purchase was a quick reading that did not include submitted questions, your private version will also be a quick private reading without submitted questions.
Private readings that include specific questions are separate services and are priced differently.
Turnaround
14 business days
Your private reading will be completed in the order it enters the private-reading queue.

Important
This upgrade may only be used for an eligible missed live reading.
By purchasing a live reading, you agree to be present and available while the live service is being fulfilled. Missing the live does not qualify the original purchase for a refund.
The $2 missed-reading upgrade is the only option provided to save the missed reading and convert it into a private service.
Once converted, you will receive the private equivalent of the service originally purchased, based on Chasing Happiness LLC’s current private-reading structure and pricing.
Every service is a sacred energetic exchange. Therefore, no refunds are accepted.
By purchasing this upgrade, you acknowledge that the original live reading was missed and agree to have it converted into the applicable private service under the turnaround and store policies listed above.
